A leading software development company is seeking a VP, Operation Lead. The role involves managing customer satisfaction, driving value realisation, and overseeing user community initiatives.
仕事内容

A leading software development company is seeking a VP, Operation Lead.
Responsibilities:
* Enhance customer satisfaction and NPS scores
* Ensure value realisation for clients
* Oversee user community and organise periodic conferences
* Initiate recovery processes for value realisation issues
* Coordinate with sales, PS, and operations leaders
* Manage and resolve open tickets for local customers
* Drive renewal and upgrade processes
* Identify and pursue additional sales opportunities
* Provide product roadmaps to clients
* Facilitate customer references and presentations
Requirements:
* More than 8 years of experience managing support teams or operations
* Experience with software delivery and support in SaaS environment
* Knowledge of cloud operations
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
