仕事内容

A multinational information technology company is looking for a Program Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with project sponsors and teams to define project scope, resources, and timelines
* Manage program and project teams, coordinating cross-project initiatives
* Identify key requirements for teams and vendors
* Develop and manage project budgets to meet business goals
* Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects
* Produce program reports for stakeholders
Requirements:
* 12-15 years of experience as an onsite Project Manager
* Experience in managing multiple projects
* Prior experience in managing Japanese customers
* Proficient in Japanese and English
