A global IT company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.Responsibilities:
* Proactively manage customer satisfaction through data analysis and engagement
* Address customer issues through effective escalation management
* Develop strategic plans to identify challenges and improve client success
* Manage relationships to exceed customer expectations
* Maintain a unified internal view of customer health status
* Organise and lead quarterly business reviews with customers
Requirements:
* Experience with various software types (SQL or JAVA)
* Prior experience as an account manager or project manager in a customer-facing position
* Knowledge of the pharma domain and technology
* Strong troubleshooting skills
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English
