〈仕事内容詳細〉
- Identify, assess, and choose qualified vendors and suppliers to fulfill organizational requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure the best value.
- Oversee vendor relationships and performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Perform market research and stay informed about industry trends and pricing.
- Work with internal teams to understand their procurement needs and priorities.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies that align with organizational goals.
- Manage the procurement process, including handling requisitions, purchase orders, and contract management.
- Ensure the timely delivery of goods and services to support operational requirements.
- Plan and prepare purchase orders for products requiring subcontract processing; place orders with subcontractors and manage order details (processing, quantity, delivery date, etc.).
- Coordinate with subcontractors, confirm their processing progress, and manage production.
- Monitor and manage the production progress of subcontracted products, ensure adherence to delivery schedules, and handle inspection and acceptance.
- Manage inventory turnover, maintain optimal inventory levels, and oversee shipping.
- Maintain shipping records and monitor shipment status.

- 必須

- bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Administration,
engineering, chemistry, materials chemistry or a related field.
- Relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in using platform software such as SAP or enterprise resource planning (ERP)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Able to read and understand English, communicate by e-mail, and communicate in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
