- This position plays a crucial role as a strategic business partner for the business divisions. Specifically, you are expected to contribute to improving the productivity of business divisions by providing insights through analysis and supporting execution, while working closely with business leaders, sales leaders, the global Sales Operations team, and the HR department. You will be primarily involved in driving business through incentive design and promoting programs and initiatives deployed in each business division.

Responsibilities:
● Understanding business division strategies, organizing actual situations and issues necessary for incentive design, and facilitating discussions
● Designing sales incentives for internal sales organizations, execution and performance management, and reporting
● Designing incentives for distributors, execution and performance management, and reporting
● Organizing, supporting operations, managing, and reporting on programs and initiatives pursued by business divisions

Essential Requirements
● University graduate or higher
● 3-5 years or more of professional experience
● Native to business-level Japanese
● Excel skills (creating lists and formats / SUM function, AVERAGE function, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF function, etc.)
Desirable Requirements
● 2-3 years of experience in sales planning, sales promotion, or business promotion organizations, working on productivity improvement
● Intermediate or higher level of English / Experience in explaining, troubleshooting, and presenting in English communication
● Experience in analyzing management figures, deriving insights, and making proposals and improvements
● Experience working in a complex matrix organization of a multinational company
