This position is responsible for product registration, end-of-sale settings, campaign coordination, sales and product inquiries, as well as distributor margin settings, list price revisions, change settings, and analysis related to discounts.
While adhering to legal regulations and compliance, you will work with cross-functional teams to coordinate and cooperate in making all arrangements and preparations for sales. You will work closely with sales and marketing departments across five business divisions to create an environment where products can be sold and contribute to sales promotion.

● Updating and setting approval authority matrices for pricing decisions

Essential Requirements
● University graduate or higher
● 3-5 years or more of professional experience
● Native to business-level Japanese
● Ability to compile tables and data using Excel functions such as Vlookup
Desirable Requirements
● 2-3 years of experience in sales planning, sales promotion, or business promotion organizations, working on productivity improvement
● Intermediate or higher level of English / Experience in troubleshooting from reporting to resolving system issues through English communication
● Experience in leading and managing small projects that can be completed within 1-3 months
● Experience in product operations or price management
● Experience with ERP systems and related tools
● Experience in creating process automation mechanisms using tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, RPA, etc.
