仕事内容: Key Responsibilities:
● Provide data support for automated cell culture analysis equipment and adjust cell density, viability, and auto-sampler during setup.
● Train users on equipment operation and maintenance at adoption sites.
● Review Japanese translations of equipment manuals and documentation.
● Support field engineers in their duties.
● Collaborate with US headquarters and APAC team as needed.
● Offer on-site support when required.
● Gather information on arising issues, report to headquarters and APAC, and discuss countermeasures.
● Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate responses.

応募資格

必須: Essential Qualifications:
● Experience in cell culture within pharmaceutical companies, CMOs, or CROs, particularly in manufacturing processes or research
● Involvement in new drug research and development processes
● Strong business skills (time management, problem-solving, self-management)
● Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, US headquarters, and APAC region to achieve objectives
● Proficiency in email communication in English
● Strong English reading comprehension skills
● Fluency in English conversation
● Excellent presentation skills
● In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations and validation services (IQ/OQ)
● Experience with laboratory applications and ability to perform statistical analysis of lab data
● Curious mindset and eagerness to learn
● Strong interpersonal skills (ability to adapt communication style to different audiences)
● Self-starter mentality (ability to form hypotheses and work independently)
● Capability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and perform in a rapidly changing work environment
● Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
