- The Marketing Manager for Urology & Critical Care (UCC) will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts for endourology products. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive business plans, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with global and regional marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in budget management, regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and equity within the organization.

Responsibilities:
● Develop a Comprehensive Business Plan: Create detailed business plans with long-term, mid-term, and short-term objectives. Align these goals with sales and training divisions and ensure they are in sync with global and regional marketing strategies to maximize sales potential.
● Lead Marketing Team of Direct Reports: Direct and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication of success metrics, robust performance assessments, and alignment with organizational goals. Foster leadership within the team, champion empowerment, and strategically manage resources.
● Expense Budget Management: Oversee and scrutinize the overall budget, ensuring it aligns with strategic business priorities. Assess priorities before budget allocation and monitor the return on investment post-budgeting to ensure fiscal responsibility and strategic alignment.
● Lead/Mediate Cross-Functional Teams: Communicate integrated marketing strategies and plans effectively within the organization and across functions, both domestically and internationally. Leverage process knowledge and experience to support different departments as needed.
● Monitor and Ensure Compliance: Maintain a solid understanding of relevant regulations, including Health Care Compliance Practices, Fair Competition Laws, Quality Management Systems, and PMDA Regulations. Ensure all marketing activities comply with these regulations to uphold product quality and patient safety.
● Foster a Culture of Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity: Enhance diversity and inclusion by creating a welcoming environment, appreciating diverse viewpoints, and striving for greater representation. Communicate effectively to convey the rationale and nuances of varied perspectives.

Experience and Requirements:
● Strong experience in Go-to-Market strategy planning, particularly for launching new products.
● Expertise in cross-functional project management with multiple teams, including Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance (RA/QA) and Supply Chain and other teams
● People Management, Project Management, or Team Leadership experience
● Fluency in business English.
