募集背景: The HDS (Hazardous Drug Safety) Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for the Hazardous Drug Safety market to drive business growth in Japan. This role is crucial as the HDS business in Medical Delivery Systems is a high-growth category, projected to achieve double-digit growth over the next three years. This position is key to expanding future market presence. The HDS Product Manager will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with a dedicated sales team, clinical specialists, and global/regional marketing teams to implement the HDS growth marketing strategy.

仕事内容: Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute marketing strategies based on solid market and competitive analysis.
● Conduct internal and external market and competitive analysis through customer visits with sales representatives, market research, and communication with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
● Manage budgets and sales forecasts based on funnel management.
● Support annual strategic review (ASR) planning.
● Plan and execute marketing communications, including trade shows, seminars, and the development and deployment of sales aids.
● Provide sales training by developing clinical knowledge and deploying clinical expertise in the commercial field with clinical specialists.
● Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
● Plan new product launches and manage product life cycles.
● Ensure sustainable supply management through supply and inventory planning.
● Travel approximately 30% of the time for customer visits with sales representatives, and to attend conferences and tradeshows.

応募資格

必須: Experience and Requirements:

Required:
● Over 3 years of experience in basic marketing within the healthcare industry.
● A growth mindset and a sense of ownership for actions.
● Comfort working in a diverse environment.
● Strong communication and presentation skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
● Native-level Japanese and conversant English (fluency preferred).

Preferred:
● A clinical educational background in medication management (e.g., Pharmacist).
