A leading Japanese pharmaceutical manufacturer that is rapidly globalizing is looking for someone who can effectively manage business alliances with major APAC partners, including China![Job Description]
Partnership Management in Asia(including China):
(1)Partner Governance: Collaborate with team members to develop and manage the execution of sales plans with partners.
(2)Partner Support: Lead the resolution of issues with partners by coordinating with relevant internal departments.
(3)Contract Management: Manage contracts with partners, including negotiations, amendments, and new agreements.
(4)Compliance Risk Management: Work with CSR to manage compliance risks associated with partners.

Required Qualifications (MUST):
- Over 3 years of experience in partnership management with domestic and international partners in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical operations (SCM, RA, QA, PV, CMC, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of English contracts and negotiation experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management experience.
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory systems and healthcare environments in Asia.
Language skill:
- Professional (business level) English proficiency required.
- Japanese language skills are preferred.

A super flextime system: Working hours: 3-hours between 7:00 and 20:00 (no core time, working hours: 7 hours 40 minutes)

Selection process:
Document screening ⇒ 1st interview ⇒ SPI aptitude test ⇒ Final interview (including English interview)
The interview will be held at the head office (Otemachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo).
Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
*If you come by personal car, you will not be reimbursed.
*For the time being, online interviews may be conducted.
