An international equipment manufacturer is seeking a SCM Operation Manager.Responsibilities:
* Manage production operations, ensuring timely assembly of automatic transmission equipment with a focus on quality and productivity
* Supervise goods receiving and shipping activities, ensuring compliance with safety and documentation requirements
* Enforce safety standards and conduct regular safety inspections
* Ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements
* Develop and update work instructions for operational efficiency
* Collaborate with transportation and vendors to design and maintain special pallets and tools
Requirements:
* Knowledge of IT is ideal
* Proficient in verbal and written English and Japanese
