The key responsibility of this role is to lead our global Accelerated Rotational Development Program (ARDP) whereby we hire MBA graduates with 5-7 years experience from top global MBA schools to provide them with a cross regional and functional development path towards broad business leader roles in the organization:
Plan and execute ARDP recruitment with MBA schools
Lead and orchestrate ARDP participants onboarding activities
Lead and orchestrate ARDP engagement activities (exposure, education, experience)
Salary and bonus calculation for ARDP participants
■ M&S (Marketing & Sales) Talent partner:
Support development of M&S talent pipeline in collaboration with Global M&S HRBPs through
Preparation of assessment panels for MD (Managing Director) talent pipeline
■ Collaborate with Regional Talent Management teams in supporting talent development processes and cross-regional exchanges
■ Contribute to Talent Management projects with other GTM members
■ Overall administrative support to the team

Fluent English and Japanese level, written and spoken
Any other Asian language ability is a plus but not mandatory
revious experience in recruiting talent at global level
Experience in talent management is an advantage
Ability to collaborate effectively in a global and complex matrix organization
Ability to follow processes whilst having the ability to provide new ideas
Solid organizational and teamwork spirit
Project planning and management skills
Communication skills (in English due to relation with regions and MBA schools)
Presentation skills
Solid Microsoft office tools knowledge
Thorough and attentive to details
Curiosity, ability to benchmark TM practices inside and outside the company
