Supports current and future executive leader development though identification, assessment, coaching and development activities. Ensuring the alignment of the executive talent pool to our vision, strategies, and organizational objectives.
Analyses critical positions requirements and monitors future talent needs accordingly
Prepares presentations on talent including employee performance, development needs and action plans, coaching activities, and succession plans.
Follows up on talent development activities with relevant internal HR stakeholders
Monitors and coordinates collection of data from several data sources to develop analytical insights and reporting.
Utilizes workforce management reporting and talent management metrics in order to create data-driven approaches to ensure the Company develops and retains top talent across the global organization.

Fluent English and Japanese level, written and spoken.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to follow processes whilst having the ability to provide new ideas, solid organizational and teamwork spirit and project planning and management skills.
