Lead and manage global talent acquisition projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition programs aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Drive process improvements and standardization efforts within the talent acquisition function, streamlining workflows, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Drive the development and implementation of best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition function.
Stay up to date with industry trends and innovative talent acquisition strategies and recommend improvements and enhancements to the talent acquisition process.
Support executive recruitment operations and sourcing.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in managing HR-related projects, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, strategies, and technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a complex, international environment.
High level of adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change.
Proficiency in desktop tools like Microsoft 360 suite (Powerpoint, Excel), ChatGPT.
Experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition processes and policies a plus.
