Plan, develop and execute key talent development programs (early talent, top talent and female talent) as program office
Influence Executive Team members for their capability/leadership development and for enabling them and their direct reports to plan and execute talent strategies
Implement and execute global talent strategies by working with Global counterparts
Plan and execute corporate wide Culture programs such as DE&I to transform the organization.
Function as central core for HR programs (such as Performance Management, People Manager Capability Development) and ensure it is implemented consistently across organizations.
Partner with HR business partner for business’s talent and organization development needs and provide consultation/support in the area.
Upgrade, develop and implement training programs (business skills, manager etc.).
Monitor and work with vendors (recruiter, trainers etc.) to maximize impact to the business.

More than 5 years of experience in HR
Strong communication skill in Japanese and in English
Team Player and able to work with multiple stake holders
Function as Change Agent
Multitask with speed
Passion in People & Organization Development

Experience in large companies (MNC/Japanese)
Experience in Talent Management or L&D is preferred but strong experience in HRBP role is also preferred as long as the candidate has strong learning agility and mindset.
