〈仕事内容詳細〉
-Manage members to accurately input SAP order slips and perform related tasks based on information from sales staff, and clients
-Handle consignment shipment orders based on shipping request forms
-Process sales orders from consignment inventory and issue replenishment shipment orders to consignment inventory
-Manage inventory transfer orders between consignment inventory and sales office
-Handle consignment return orders and inventory transfer orders
-Process sales shipment orders based on bulk purchase orders from customers
-Handle orders based on various order correction requests
-Support order slip input tasks during busy periods
-Establish and review rules for order slip input as needed
-Register and monitor SAP price masters based on price registration applications
-Accept, register, change, and delete requests for other related masters
-Coordinate with the legal department to process sample stock withdrawals
-Adjust shipment destinations and quantities in coordination with the Supply Chain Planning team
-Set appropriate goals for regular employees, guide and develop them to achieve their goals, and evaluate them
-Review the division of in-house handling/outsourcing from the perspective of our core competencies

応募資格

必須: -3+ years of experience in order management and customer service tasks
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Basic knowledge of GxP, SOX Act, Medical Device industry, and Japanese laws and regulations
-Experience in standardizing operations
-PC skills (MS Office Suite) and experience using major ERP systems
-Knowledge and experience in managing cross-departmental projects
-Ability to handle accurate business processes
-Willingness to actively learn from others
-Motivated and not afraid of new challenges
-Values teamwork, respects others, and has a cooperative attitude

フレックスタイム・在宅勤務制度有

年収・給与: 600万円～800万円程度
※候補者様のご経験やスキルに応じて上下に変動致します。
