One of the world's largest travel management companies is looking for an HR Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop strong relationships with business leaders and HR partners to align HR initiatives
* Drive recruitment best practices and build employer branding in Japan
* Manage HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth cooperation with shared services
* Ensure global and regional HR strategies are adapted locally; propose competitive pay programs
* Advocate for company culture and values, promoting diversity and inclusion
* Oversee employee disciplinary meetings and ensure compliance with local laws
Requirements:
* Experience as an HR Generalist or BP
* Background in managing various HR functions (recruitment, HR operations, talent management, etc.)
* Ability to develop and maintain relationships with the business
* Understanding of Japanese national policies, labour law and regulations
* Proficient in English and Japanese
