A global automation machinery manufacturer is seeking a Head of Business Area.Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the business plan in collaboration with HQ
* Coordinate with sales, business units, and key stakeholders to meet targets
* Lead and support the team, ensuring effective structure and development
* Oversee vertical market management and guide vertical market managers
* Cultivate senior-level customer relationships and gather performance feedback
* Contribute to the executive management group for long-term company growth
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in a technical role
* 10-15 years of experience in business leadership in an electrical, automation, or similar technical company
* Knowledge of the current automation and networking technology and application technologies
* Familiarity with the sales cycle and selling techniques
* Possess valid driver's licence
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Fluent level English (B2+)
