A global brokerage company is seeking a Vice President for Japan Contract Services.Responsibilities:
* Lead GCS team and enhance processes for data capture, technology, and documentation
* Negotiate Master Agreements and contract documentation with counterparties
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and risk control guidelines
* Keep abreast of product knowledge and relevant regulations
* Conduct legal analysis and manage relationships with external counsel as per requirements
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Knowledge of ISDA Master Agreement, finance industry, and legal roles
* Excellent IT skills is ideal
