募集背景: As a core member of the plant's leadership team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing equipment installations, retrofits, and process changes to meet quality, productivity, and cost reduction goals. In addition, in cooperation with Global bases, we will lead the entire organization to promote the design and development of processes for manufacturing developed products.

仕事内容: ◆Responsibilities:
The main roles are:
• Collaborate with Global bases to plan and build processes for manufacturing new products.
• Promote projects related to the introduction or modification of new equipment in order to increase production volume and improve production efficiency.
• Performing and controlling the qualification of equipment and process validation activities to produce medical devices or their components in a reproducible manner meeting given specifications.
• Establish and implement a system for information transmission and storage of drawings of products and parts.
• Ensure standardization of manufacturing process documentation for medical devices and intermediate products used in them.
• Manage process changes to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Analyze data using appropriate methods to solve problems, investigate quality, and take measures/improve.

応募資格

必須: Experiences:
• At least 5 years of work experience related to production engineering
• Management experience for a manufacturing engineering
• Experience and knowledge of project management
• Experience and knowledge of analytical tools and problem solving (ex. OPEX tools)
• Able to respond appropriately to practices and procedures in the assigned area of expertise.
• Those who have the ability to think logically, analyze, and perform with a sense of speed.
• Those who can accomplish work within a set time with an emphasis on the required requirements and quality.
• Those who can actively communicate both inside and outside the company and excel in building good relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness, foresight, and meticulous preparation.

The Tochigi Plant is located Tochigi City, in Tochigi Prefecture.
Since commencing operations in 1987, the factory has mainly manufactured regional anesthesia （RA） needle and exported them to the Group bases around the world. In 2017, the new factory was built and is now very clean and bright. There is also a cafeteria within the factory where we can enjoy cheap and delicious meals. Approximately 250 people are currently employed at the factory.
