A global beverage manufacturer is seeking a Brand Director.Responsibilities:
* Lead the brand team to enhance brand equity and growth through consumer-insight-driven marketing
* Develop and execute integrated marketing communications and consumer activation campaigns using advanced consumer data analysis
* Coordinate global and local stakeholders to implement new brand strategies and communications
* Collaborate with sales and key functions to align media assets and marketing spend with global strategies
* Centralise the team's role in the high-performing marketing function
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* Experience in establishing and executing visionary consumer brand strategies (multiple markets is a plus)
* Prior experience leveraging the strength of established global brands in local markets
* Proven experience analysing consumer insights
* Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English; proficient in French is ideal
