A provider of precision measurement and spatial technology solutions is seeking an SCM Manager.Responsibilities:
* Lead team management and ensure workload efficiency
* Optimise inventory and supply chain performance through data analysis and collaboration
* Manage sales order processes and ensure completion from booking to invoicing
* Enhance rental operations for effective sales promotion
* Handle export control and maintain documentation
* Maintain and renew export licenses through official IT systems
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* More than 10 years of experience in SCM
* More than 7 years of experience in a warehouse and control performance or quality
* More than 5 years of experience in import or export airfreight
* Experience in global logistics (customer order handling)
* Prior experience in reverse logistics
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Native level Japanese; proficient in English (TOEIC 700+)
