* Develop recruitment plans
* Define job requirements with hiring managers
* Manage recruitment project progress
* Communicate with global HR team
* Participate in global projects
* Plan and participate in recruiting events
Requirements:
* More than 10 years of experience in HR
* More than 5 years of experience in recruitment
* Experience in medium or large foreign companies in Japan
* Prior manager or leadership experience
* Knowledge of employment and labor laws
* Native level verbal Japanese (JLPT N1); business level English (TOEIC 760+)
