A global telecommunications company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager.Responsibilities:
* Lead the software product management and engineering team
* Manage team development and resource coordination
* Oversee team performance and results
* Implement, operate, and improve software products in Supply Chain and Logistics
* Manage 3-5 team members and provide technical guidance
* Ensure systems provide a positive service experience for consumers
* Conduct strategic planning and resource management
* Handle human resources management and performance evaluations
* Manage financial operations and budgeting
Requirements:
* More than 5 years of experience in IT software engineering
* More than 3 years of experience in ERP development and implementation projects
* More than 3 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics systems
* More than 3 years of experience in budget development and management
* Experience in global projects
* Understanding of system development processes and methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
* Business level Japanese and English
