A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Digital Health & Ecosystem Lead.Responsibilities:
* Design and develop digital marketing and healthcare strategies to enhance brand visibility
* Align and drive tech strategy for marketing, sales, and medical departments
* Identify and address unmet business and medical needs with innovative solutions
* Influence and lead the adoption of advanced digital healthcare solutions
* Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and brand managers
* Utilise data and analytics to optimise digital marketing campaigns and improve effectiveness
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or a related domain
* More than 10 years of experience in digital marketing
* More than 5 years of experience in a leadership role (handling end-to-end digital services portfolios and budgets for a business of significant size and complexity)
* More than 3 years of experience in team management (using Agile methodologies)
* Experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across various channels
* Proficient in Japanese and English
