A global beverage manufacturer is seeking a Head of Event Marketing.Responsibilities:
* Develop a 3-year event marketing strategy and lead business planning
* Champion innovation in event design and execution
* Expand event reach by targeting new consumer groups and untouched scenes
* Ensure world-class execution and integration of branding in all events
* Manage the event marketing budget and provide insights to leadership
* Lead and develop a motivated event marketing team
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above(sports, business, economy, or marketing-related domain is ideal)
* More than 5 years of professional experience
* More than 3 years of people management experience
* Experience in event production, sports events, or sports marketing agencies
* Knowledge of the marketing mix (developing and managing projects, delivering activations, etc.)
* Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
