A global biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Marketing Director. The selected candidate will strategically lead a diverse portfolio, including brand planning, omnichannel strategy, and team development.
仕事内容

A global biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Marketing Director.
Responsibilities:
* Lead strategic brand planning and commercial management
* Make trade-off decisions to maximise brand and launch performance
* Develop and execute Brand Plans, including omnichannel strategies
* Shape the market for new pipeline launches
* Collaborate with global and local teams to meet commercial goals
* Coach team members in delivering strategic priorities
Requirements:
* Experience developing and executing pharmaceutical business strategy
* Prior experience in developing and implementing omnichannel marketing strategy
* Proven experience leading projects, driving changers, and organising teams
* Background in various cultures
* Excellent marketing competency
* Strong financial knowledge
* Good IT skills
* Proficient in English
