【業務内容詳細】
Position will manage the entire HR & GA function, work as a member of the management team in Japan, while reporting to a Global HR Director overseas and the Japan President. Position will also manage a small team of direct reports in Japan handling the hands-on administrative and operations duties.
Employee and Labor Relations
- Serve as the go-to person for company policies and procedures.
- Guide supervisors and managers on employee issues and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and guidelines.
- Develop strategies for employee engagement and internal communications.
- Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll/HRIS
Manage and implement compensation and benefits plans.
- Maintain HRIS, payroll, and time/attendance systems.
- Ensure data integrity and alignment with business performance goals.
Organizational Development
- Oversee performance management and talent development processes.
- Coordinate career development plans based on performance reviews.
Staffing and Recruitment
- Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.
- Develop relationships with recruitment agencies.
General Affairs / Facility Management
- Building & Office Maintenance
- Safety & Risk Management
- Health & safety management

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Ability to make and keep commitments in a fast-paced result-oriented environment.
- Strong Interpersonal skills with the intent of winning together with integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in fluent Japanese and business level English
- 5+ Years of Experience in Human Resources Manager role
- Good labor law knowledge
- Knowledge of HR frameworks
- Good PC skills
