A renowned rail systems company is looking for a Human Resources and General Affairs General Manager.Responsibilities:
* Define department targets and strategy in line with company mission, vision, and values
* Implement and achieve set targets and strategy
* Manage and lead Human Resources, Personal Assistant to MD and General Affairs, Process Management, and IT groups
* Oversee organisation and personal development of the mentioned groups
* Define job descriptions for direct and indirect staff positions
* Implement SDII for direct staff and ensure compliance via Managers
* Control the budget for the related groups
Requirements:
* General knowledge of company governance (HR, GA, etc.)
* Understanding of Japanese laws and regulations relevant to tasks
* Knowledge of KB processes and the rail industry
* Background in KB IT systems
* Skilled in MS Office Suite
* Proficient in Japanese and English
