A global industrial firm seeks a Project Operations Manager.Responsibilities:
* Ensure consistent management of regional project portfolios based on best practices and company policies
* Oversee and lead local project execution teams, ensuring adherence to company policies
* Develop and continuously improve standard processes and work instructions
* Participate in budgeting and sales planning processes
* Supervise project execution and performance management, resolving escalated issues
* Ensure projects follow good methodology and execution practices
* Manage contract and claims in accordance with company policies and agreements
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
* Structure the area of responsibility appropriately and guide, motivate, and develop direct and indirect reports
* Coach the project execution team to achieve business objectives
* Develop project execution capacity and capability in line with company policies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 10 years of experience in the industrial business field
* More than 10 years of experience as project or program manager for electrical related domain
* More than 5 years of experience in people and team management
* Understanding of electrical engineering or power electronics products
* Possess valid Japanese PMI PMP or similar certification
* Native level English; proficient in Japanese
