Major Accountabilities
• Develop Ecosystem model to solve treatment pathway challenges through an systematic approach w/HCP,HCS groups, Patient groups and alliances
• Leverage TA Ecosystem initiative and knowledge and make it asset to NPKK
• Drive, test and implement with agility new innovative operating model to improve trust & Value with customers
• Continuously explore healthcare solution partnerships, alliance and ecosystems (scouting, testing and onboarding)
• Deliver unparalleled customer experience and maximize impact
Key Performance Indicators
• Number of solutions & partnership created, experiments conducted and its outcome
• Quality of Ecosystem CoE including amount of knowledge base accumulated
• Cx satisfaction and feedback of new operating model from internal and external stakeholders

- 必須

• Language Skill: Japanese: Fluent, English: Business level preferred
• Education: University degree in relevant subject, MBA preferred
• Demonstrated strategic, analytical and conceptual ability enabling issue-identification and problem solving with a strong customer-in mindset
• 5+ year experience in healthcare industry
• Entrepreneurship-mind to develop new ideas with experience in driving business/digital transformation focused on customer needs is preferred
• Strong communication and influencing skills with senior management · Excellent people engagement and collaboration skills
• Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to champion change and drive innovative thinking
• Know industry code of conduct
