A multinational manufacturing company is seeking an FP&A Manager.Responsibilities:
* Manage monthly and quarterly closing processes by analysing financial discrepancies
* Identify and address risks and opportunities
* Lead P&L, BS, and cash flow planning with franchise controllers and regional FP&A teams
* Improve forecast accuracy and report risks and opportunities promptly
* Drive FP&A process improvements in consumer business, collaborating with global stakeholders
* Prepare management review decks for effective communication with business leaders
* Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by business leaders
* Promote compliance culture and shared accountability in health care compliance and SOX
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field is a plus
* 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (forecasting, reporting, and business analysis)
* Excellent IT skills (SAP and report platform)
* Skilled in MS Office Suite
* Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
