A renowned real estate company is looking for a Client Service & Marketing VP.Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire sales process from cold calling to final presentation
* Articulate investment processes and identify new product opportunities
* Quickly grasp new products with sound technical skills
* Translate materials and communications
* Identify optimal investment strategies for clients
* Coordinate with global and wider firm teams for idea cross-fertilisation
Requirements:
* More than 7 years of experience in capital raising, sales, marketing, or client service within the asset management or financial industry
* Experience in selling real estate investment management products is ideal
* Prior experience in private and public real estate is preferred
* Understanding of investment (alternative strategies)
* Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English
