Position: Digital Solutions Sales Planner
The Digital Solution Sales Planner drives projects from proposal to implementation of digital healthcare solutions in key business areas, collaborating with sales representatives and headquarters departments.

Job Responsibilities:
● Contribute to achieving business objectives, sales, and profit goals
● Lead digital solution proposals as the Center of Excellence for each sales territory
● Promote comprehensive proposals to address customer challenges
● Communicate and propose solutions to hospital management and staff
● Develop problem-solving proposals for regional healthcare challenges
● Maximize customer satisfaction and lifetime purchase value through new budget frameworks
● Develop system configuration proposals in line with security policies
● Collaborate with Go To Market teams for new product releases
● Collect competitive information and propose countermeasures
● Conduct digital field education in assigned territories
● Engage in self-development and positively influence the company

Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience in the testing field
● 5+ years in healthcare IT, including 3+ years in comprehensive proposals
● Experience in medical DX preferred
● Skills in requirement definition and document creation
● Ability to develop and reach agreements on SLAs and SOWs
● Understanding of cybersecurity and relevant guidelines
● Strong business sense and market trend understanding
● Management knowledge and financial planning skills preferred
● High communication and stakeholder management skills
● Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
● Customer-oriented mindset
● Demonstrated leadership skills
● Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 600)
