* Lead R&D team to support business, manufacturing, and commercial functions
* Manage R&D team performance, expenses, training, and recruitment
* Approve all spending following guidelines
* Represent R&D in the leadership team
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above (major in polymer chemistry, applied chemistry, chemical engineering, or material science is ideal)
* More than 10 years of professional experience
* Experience in leadership
* Fluent level verbal and written English
