In this unique role, you would be acting as a Senior Security Consultant and operate in a client facing capacity and still being hands on technically.- Meet with clients to understand their pain points, propose corresponding solutions to ensure satisfacton and retention.
- Propose technical solutions and mentoring to clients to make sure the tools offered are being used as completely as possible.
- Liase with pre sales and post sales teams to ensure visability and to better detect potential roadblocks.
- Stay up to date with latest Threat Intelligence trends and propose changes to development team to further development solutions.

- Experience in Customer Success / Pre Sales / Consulting, in particular with a background in Cyber Security.
- Client facing experience, comfortable with speaking to high level stakeholders.

- Have 10 years of overall Cyber Security experience, preferably in a high client facing industry such as consulting.
- Living and working in Japan, with the ability to communicate with clients in Japanese seamlessly, having N1 and work experience in Japanese is mandatory.
- Having a wide breath of Cyber Security knowledge and passionate about connecting with clients.
