A renowned cosmetics company is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to oversee strategic and operational aspects of product marketing.Responsibilities:
* Develop product and category strategies and set goals for key commercial touchpoints
* Create an Omni-product marketing calendar aligned with APAC guidelines
* Validate and manage salon-specific marketing plans and promotion strategies
* Lead the standardisation and visualisation of product marketing workflows
* Oversee product marketing operations including pricing, asset management, and promotional content
* Test and provide feedback on new product prototypes and collaborate with R&D for local product development
Requirements:
* 5-8 years of professional experience
* Experience in consumer goods, FMCG, or relevant industries
* Proficient in Japanese and English
