A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Cell Therapy APAC Patient Scheduling Manager.Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily scheduling operations, logistics, and site communications
* Handle urgent escalation issues beyond specialists' knowledge and escalate as needed
* Act as the primary escalation point, reporting issues to management
* Train Scheduling Specialists with the help of the global training team on operations and system updates
* Communicate system updates, issues, and maintenance to internal and external contacts
* Align processes with global standards and provide updates and insights to the global management team
* Participate in daily operation meetings to monitor and report on operations
* Identify and address resource gaps and needs
* Manage hiring and development of direct reports
* Contribute to goal setting and strategy alignment for direct reports
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 4 years of experience in scheduling, planning, operations, customer service, logistics, and supply chain
* More than 2 years of experience in direct or indirect people management
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Proficient in reading, verbal, and written English
