〈仕事内容詳細〉
- Leadership of of entire Japanese finance team (3 - 5 staff) to provide performance management analysis to both the country and regional management teams.
- Provide insight to the strategic direction, through financial analysis and connect finance and the business, acting as the first point of the business partner.
- Development of financial planning, including “end to end” budgeting and forecasting.
- Performance management framework to used across the business, and lead business intelligence / analytics initiatives.
- Identify and support business performance improvement projects
- Oversee financial function, including Accounting (AP, Rebates, AR, Payroll etc)
- Ensure accurate provision of financial information for accounting and reporting purposes, including weekly P&L, month end accounting and reporting, quarterly corporate compliance reporting and year end activities.
- Ensure timely and insightful executive/management report
- Provide value-adding advice to management and business on financial control activities, including being the point subject matter expertise in relation to technical accounting
- Manage statutory obligations, including all tax compliances

- 必須

- Degree in accounting with 10 years relevant accounting experience.
- Strong leadership capability, and demonstrated experience in managing teams
- Strong track record of success in a trading or consumer goods company
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (Microsoft platforms and Power BI greatly welcome)
- Staff Managemet experience
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions ba- MBA, Masters Degree, USCPA or Boki 1st grade certificates welcome (but not mandatory)
