This is a support role for the Marketing Department, which is the core of a company that develops and manufactures products across a wide range of treatment areas in the dental industry. The main responsibilities include product registration in the core system, support for campaign initiatives, and assistance with events and seminars. We are looking for someone who can proactively provide business support while leveraging their office work experience to improve operational efficiency.

Support for product registration in the core system and campaign initiatives
● Product registration and campaign content entry using the core system Microsoft AX
● Support for building internal workflows for campaign initiatives
● Customer management and report creation using Salesforce
● Creation of various reports
Event and seminar support
● Equipment and materials management
● Sample product management
● Contract preparation
● Handling inquiries

● Experience working with core systems
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); ability to use basic Excel functions
● Communication skills to build cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively carry out duties
● Ability to work independently while prioritizing and simultaneously managing multiple tasks
● Flexibility to adapt to new environments and job responsibilities
