募集背景: A global semiconductor manufacturer is looking for a Tax Manager. The selected candidate will manage and support regional corporate and indirect tax preparations.

仕事内容: A global semiconductor manufacturer is looking for a Tax Manager.
Responsibilities:

* Oversee regional corporate and indirect tax preparations
* Prepare quarterly tax provisions, estimates, deferred taxation, tax packages, and reconciliations
* Coordinate tax audit defence
* Advise on tax incentives and credits with business units
* Support various tax projects as needed
* Act as liaison for local tax authorities and government
* Liaise with internal partners, auditors, and advisors
* Advise business units on tax matters
* Support Transfer Pricing requirements
* Collaborate with local finance team and tax center of excellence for financial data and process improvements

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* More than 8 years of experience in public accounting firm and in commercial (direct and indirect taxes)
* Understanding of indirect taxes and withholding tax laws
* Proficient in MS Office Suite is a plus
* Knowledge of USGAAP accounting and SAP is preferred
* Proficient in verbal and written English and Japanese
