A global network security firm is looking for a Sr Sales Operations Analyst.Responsibilities:
* Drive all run-the-business activities including forecasting, pipeline, deals cycle, MBOs, SPIFFs, and MRC process
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business units on strategic initiatives
* Lead sales planning process with sales, finance, and business
* Align cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
* Maintain operational dashboards for sales pipeline activity
* Facilitate disciplined OPEX management across budget owners
Requirements:
* More than 5 years of experience in sales operations in a tech company is ideal
* Experience creating dashboards for tracking and monitoring
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Skilled in PowerBi, Analytics Tools, Visualization Tool
* Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
