A global manufacturing company is looking for a Sales Manager.Responsibilities:
* Manage OSM sales to meet or exceed revenue and bookings targets
* Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities to enhance OSM product penetration and improve margins
* Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales and marketing strategies
* Lead and motivate sales and technical support teams to achieve strategic and financial objectives
* Build strong relationships with key customers and collaborate with division HQ and regional offices
* Coordinate with other OSM regional leaders to optimise cross-selling and key account strategies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering (electrical, industrial, or mechanical)
* More than 10 years of experience in capital equipment sales and distribution channel management is preferred
* Experience in SMT, semiconductor, or electronics device industry is a plus
* Proficient in English
