- A global mid-sized company in Japan is looking for a Senior Accountant to manage the financial operations, and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. You will report directly to the Finance Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support our company's growth and financial health.
- 仕事内容

Financial Reporting:
・Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) as applicable.
・Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and reporting.
・Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
Compliance and Controls:
・Ensure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations.
・Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
・Coordinate with external auditors during audits and reviews.
General Accounting:
・Oversee day-to-day accounting activities such as accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries.
・Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.

- 必須

・5+ years' of professional accounting experience
・Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
・Nissho 2nd Grade or above preferred
・Languages: Japanese (fluent), English (business)
