An international food processing company is seeking a QA Manager.Responsibilities:
* Design a comprehensive QA program, aligning with standards and regulations
* Prioritise quality system improvements to reduce non-conformities
* Collaborate with manufacturing sites for effective communication
* Support new product and engineering projects from QA perspective
* Manage FSQ incidents and advise as QA representative
* Develop team skills in QA methodologies and validation
* Allocate resources and assign projects as per plans
* Support QA programs to aid business growth
* Foster engaged teams and inclusive work environment
* Assist in long-term talent planning with technical director
* Coach and guide direct reports on development plans
* Collaborate across technical functions and SCM for improved incident handling
* Engage with global FSQ teams and stakeholders for alignment
* Enhance capabilities of external suppliers through joint efforts
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in science
* More than 8 years of experience in technical field in food and beverage business
* More than 5 years of experience in quality assurance
* Experience in product development and scientific regulatory affairs is a plus
* Knowledge of GFSI-certified FSQ management systems
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Fluent level Japanese; business level English
