A renowned IT company is looking for a Senior Manager, Real Estate Acquisition.Responsibilities:
* Oversee planning, budgeting, and forecasting for operational departments
* Manage annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly variance reports
* Support purchase order and invoice processes, ensuring compliance
* Supervise construction accounting functions
* Ensure compliance with lease agreements and respond to customer requests
* Oversee facility liability insurance administration
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, real estate, finance, engineering, or computing is ideal
* 7-10 years of experience in commercial property management and financial reporting
* Experience in providing customer service
* Prior experience with property and accounting management software program
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Proficient in English and Japanese
