Accountable for achieving budgeted sales revenue and business creations in responsible Automotive Tier1 accounts in cooperation with internal resources such as Japan Technical Group and oversea product marketing.
Build long term account strategy for responsible Global Automotive Tier1 account and implement the plan by aligning with domestic/overseas relevant organization including monthly alignment conference calls.
Prepares Annual Sales Budget, Monthly forecast and strategic review of responsible account on LED business including alignment with other global oversea sales teams.
Organize promotion and development of LED business, where necessary involves local technical support group and oversea product marketing group.
Develop and maintain productive working customer relations at various levels, in particular managements, at various departments such as purchasing, engineering and design dept. of customers.

応募資格

必須: Japanese (native) / English (Business level in writing and speaking)
Excellent proactive behavior is required for global account management, promotion, business creation process, business fulfillment, resolving issues, further improvements.
Superior interpersonal skills and communication skills with customers and our local Japan team members.
Work experience with Automotive OEM or Tier 1 account
MS office (excel, power point, outlook)
Education: Bachelor’s or similar
Year of experience: 5 - 7 years

歓迎: Experience in Semiconductor, LED, Lighting industry
Fluent English communication for our internal global members and global customers
Field of Study: Engineering in electronics, chemistry, materials or equivalent
Driver’s license
