As Customer Solution Manager your Responsibilities and challenges are:
Capture the pain point of Japanese OEMs/Tier1s from a technical perspective, then propose our solution to resolve them
Support sales team in the meeting with the customer to explain market trend, regulations & our solution and conduct proof of concept to use Demo
Understand the technical requirement on RFI/RFQ and handle them to corporate with sales and development team
Support the customer’s advanced development and PoC to handle the question and inquiry of SDK & prototype evaluation from customer
Organize technical materials, collaterals, and Demo for the customer meeting and event to coordinate with the global sales, marketing, and development team
Lead our exhibition at the event to promote our solution, conduct Demo, and handle technical inquiries from visitors and customers
Carry out the project for data collection necessary for software development in collaboration with the Data Management team.

SW background for applying adaptions and our solutions from time to time
Ability to manage in an international matrixed organization and work collaboratively to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.

A passion for making the future of road traffic safer and enabling a more engaging & enriching environment for drivers & passengers.
Ability to work independently, take initiative in an environment that changes rapidly.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English
Japanese: Fluent – Native level (Equivalent to JLPT N1)

Preferred with a technical background of image processing, computer vision and driver monitoring system in automotive.
5+ years of automotive technology software experience.
Familiarity & experience with automotive functional safety processes (primarily
ISO26262, ASPICE and Cybersecurity standard)
