募集背景: Givery aims to provide the missing link that our clients need to scout, hire, and train world-class engineers.

We have a diverse team from all corners of the world and we are looking for a skilled frontend engineer to help us expand Track, a platform that helps companies train and evaluate technical skills.

仕事内容: ■Overview
You will be involved in the development of our own product, “Track”.
■Responsibilities
- Develop frontend applications using modern frontend technologies like Typescript, ReactJS, React Hooks, Redux, etc
- Convert user stories and mockups into working software that delights users.
- Properly test and prepare new releases by writing automated tests, doing code reviews, and helping introduce new processes that helps maintain a high quality code base.
- Help evaluate and clarify product requirements and provide technical solutions that meet customers’ needs.
- Monitoring and quick response to failures to ensure stable operation of services. (*We pride ourselves in releasing high quality bug free code. Production incidents are extremely rare and the large majority are handled during core work hours.)

応募資格

必須: *At this time we can only consider candidates with residency and permission to work in Japan.

■Must have
- 2+ years of professional web development experience (HTML, CSS, and Typescript/ES6)
- (Including) 1 year of industry experience with front-end libraries like React
- Awareness of state management libraries such as Redux or RxJS
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Business level language skills in English

歓迎: ■Nice-to-have
- Awareness of software engineering best practices
- Basic knowledge of Figma for frontend design and prototyping to collaborate with designers.
- Spoken and written Japanese language ability

標準労働時間１日8時間
コアタイム：1:00pm - 4:00pm
(始業) 08:00am - 1:00pm
(終業) 4:00pm - 10:00pm
最低労働時間：6時間/日

休憩時間：1時間/日

年収・給与: 年収：480万円～650万円
月給：400,000円～540,000円
固定残業代制：102,500円～138,400円※超過分別途支給
固定残業代の相当時間：45.0時間/月
