Account ManagerThis position needs to identify the potential, recommend and develop a plan for MRS(Market Ready Solution) in Japan market. This includes an extensive understanding of the opportunity, the selection and negotiation with business partners in Japan, the recommendation for product portfolio, price, placement and promotion specific to the local market and consistent with our regional/global strategies. Develops and implements local strategic sales plan based on detailed evaluation of consumer, customers, markets and competitive trends. Develops sales objectives and best-in-class strategies including sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes in alignment with overall corporate strategy and planning cycles.

大学卒以上
【求める経験】
・ Educational level: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in science/technology or business-related field
・ Clear Japanese and English communication skills to liaise with other team oversea.
・ 5-10 years of work experience in sales of dietary supplements, nutrition, pharma/food ingredients or similar field
・ Other skills - Communicaton skills, Negotiation Skills, Ability to perform under stress
・ Experience in SAP, CRM etc would be a plus
